Our Story
PROTIMA Inc. is a global manufacturer of rug cleaning equipment based in Poland. Like many manufacturers in the industry, the company’s story grew out of its founder’s own experience as a professional rug cleaner and his need to find more reliable—and better—ways to clean rugs more thoroughly and dry them faster.
PROTIMA was founded by Adrian Socko, who has more than two decades of hands-on experience operating four large rug cleaning facilities in Poznań, Poland. As his businesses grew and production volumes increased, Adrian began designing and manufacturing higher-quality machines and equipment to meet the real-world demands of professional rug cleaning operations.
Today, Adrian leads a modern manufacturing facility staffed by skilled craftsmen who produce equipment essential to the growth of rug cleaning companies worldwide—including automatic dusters, wash tubs, automated flatbed washing machines, centrifuges, container drying systems, and drying rack systems.
For more than a decade, PROTIMA has been designing complete systems that serve both startup operations and long-established rug cleaning facilities. PROTIMA equipment is used in some of the largest rug cleaning operations in Europe and can also be found in rapidly growing facilities in the United Kingdom, Africa, Asia, Australia, and the United States.
