The Fully Automatic RUG DUSTER TORNADO AT-3000 is our largest and most effective rug dusting machine. It is excellent at removing dry soil, sand, dust, and grit from the foundation, and surface lint and hair. It eliminates the need for repeated vacuuming and time-consuming manual pet fur and hair removal.
Our innovative design allows for the dust to be contained and captured to prevent it from flying all over your facility.
Depending on the level of soiling in a rug, or any rug structural concerns, the operator can control the frequency of the beater straps and vibration as well as the feed rate of the rug. The dusted rug is automatically rolled up at the bottom of the machine to allow for convenient removal.
When the dusting process is finished, a sensor automatically turns the machine off. All of the released dirt falls into a special holding container for removal, and two special filters capture any airborne dust, dirt, or hair.
Thorough dusting is the first important step in all rug cleaning systems, and this machine allows any rug cleaning facility to improve their cleaning results by removing pounds of soil before the rug even reaches the wash area.
